Kylie - you could TOTALLY do this. I'm the clumsiest person in the world, so if I can get it, anyone can! haha

Valerie - I started learning from YouTube videos then got really into it and ended up buying online classes and DVDs. The hoops I have are larger/heavier than what you would buy at the store. I learned how to make them and sell them on occasion. If you're interested, I'd be happy to make you one or point you in the direction of where to get everything! I warn you - it's addicting! ;)

Because of you I just brought my first hoop. Learned the vortex so far. It is so much fun and doesn't feel like I'm working out.
