I need an accountability partner(s). I thought I would start this discussion in which we can log our workouts and help each other keep on track. As well as encourage each other when the going gets tough.

Your workouts don't have to be big or hardcore to join the accountability group.

Perhaps you are just starting and a 20-30 minute walk is your choice. But if you have a desire to do it more frequently and have not been doing it... then this place is for you!

First day back at the gym yesterday after over a week off...really enjoyed it.
Straight leg lifts...3 sets
Leg curls....3 sets
leg machine...3 sets
lunges with weights...3 sets
3 sets of back machine exercise..cant't remember what they're called

Wednesday - 5;35 - 6:20, Cardio circuit. 6:47, my tea is ready, ;-)

WOW! I still don't know how you do a cardio workout in the AM! Sounds impossible to me. ;)

I have the most energy in the morning right after my wake up coffee.

Maybe that is the problem. I don't drink coffee.

No Coffee??? Yikes! I might not be able to get going without my coffee!
BTW Sunday Morning is *XTreme Kickboxing* 2 hours of non stop heart pumping madness! I'll be there 930-1130. Woo Hoo!
