I need an accountability partner(s). I thought I would start this discussion in which we can log our workouts and help each other keep on track. As well as encourage each other when the going gets tough.

Your workouts don't have to be big or hardcore to join the accountability group.

Perhaps you are just starting and a 20-30 minute walk is your choice. But if you have a desire to do it more frequently and have not been doing it... then this place is for you!

I am absolutely exhausted! Had our grandson for 2 days/nights. Attended a funeral in a state over, but still wanted to do something. So I got home, did the lower/upper body workouts (20 minutes each) and 10 minute stretch. Now all I want is a shower and to crawl to bed. Good night everyone! Yawn, Yawn ;)

ROFL! That is how I feel when I do a HIIT TurboFire class. Here we were thinking that exercise is suppose to make you feel good! LOL! Thanks for the laugh Jennifer.

Got my 1 hour cardio class in this morning.

Ran 5.5 miles today. Everyone on here is amazing!

Tomorrow morning is Pure Cardio! Yay my favorite!!!

Today I did another round of Olympic Lifting before work.

Paul, what is Olympic Lifting?

Did 6.5 mile run today. Great kitty pic! Tomorrow is insanity and running with one of my students.

Today, I painted the living room and dining room. It took most of the day, so I think I will count it as exercise. ;)
