Feeling very alone and lost

i just wish i had someone in my life that can teach me about wigs and things of that sort because i need to start wearing one soon. I just feel so lost and alone, i wish no one else had to go through this but i wish there was some one who can help me. I dont anything about wigs, its so overwhelming and seems so complicated. My hair is really thing and i dont have much of it left.
if someone would just give me some tips i would greatly appreciate it

I'm glad you found this web site, because you are not alone! I am in my early 50s and I started losing my hair when I was in my late teens, and it has only gotten thinner over the years. If you are new to experiencing hair loss, I would advise you to start experimenting. Try getting some pretty scarves and hats. See which look best on you. You might also try getting a wig, and see how it works out. I have learned a lot over the years about what works for me. Good luck dealing for your hair loss. For me its been a discouraging and frustrating experience, but being able to manage it has helped me to feel better.

I get wigs with good coverage on top, 2- to 3- colors, layered, with bangs and now with "rooted" color to make them look more natural. Salons with professional stylists will trim bangs to fit your face, and will thin a wig that is too thick. My wigs are synthetic, under $150. I never buy from the internet, because I need to see how it fits, looks in back, shines in the sun and covers my scalp before I buy. Also, the ear tabs have to work with my glasses. There are two wig shops up in Sacramento, CA, if you ever get up there.
