What they are talking about is density of the wig. What that means is how much hair you want added to the cap. A cap with more volume or density is one that has more hair in it. IF you have too much hair it will look like a helmet but if you have to little it will show the base of the cap and that is not good either. Most wigs are 120 to 130 density. is the wig all hand tied or wefted? That to me is a big question and i hope you know that answer. I hope this helps, if you have any questions please send me a message and I would be glad to advise you so you do not make the mistakes I did when I first started looking for wigs for my daughter. All my best. Lisa
I have a Freedom wig. I wasn't offered such an option and I doubt there is that option.
I have talked with a freedom wig rep. on numerous occasions and she says you have lots of options about the amount of hair and how it grows from the cap, etc. I was thinking several times of getting one but these things kind of worried me too. I felt I didn't want to spend that much money and get a piece that wasn't what I expected. I have just gotten a follea gripper but haven't been able to get with a stylist to cut it. I find the human hair and gripper cap to be great but you don't get a choice of how much hair is in it. I feel it is very thin compared to what I would like to have but it may look fuller once it's shorter. If I were you I would take some pics of what you are expecting to the Rep. so their won't be any confusion. Good luck.
