My Alopecia started last March. My hair has steadily gotten worse. After 8 months of toppers, wigs and hell I am going tomorrow to get hair bonded on. I am so apprehensive! Does anyone have experience with how it feels. Besides the great cost I am afraid that I wont like the feeling and will hate the fact that I cant have the feeling of freshly washed hair(even if its under a wig and not too much there). I dont know if I will ever get past the fact that the hair isnt mine. Funny thing is for the last 2 days-after I made the appt I have had almost no shedding and I am seeing regrowth but I dont know if I can wear a wig anymore-it makes my head itch and gives me a terrible headache everyday-I dont want to go out in public and dont enjoy anything anymore. Advice please.

Lexi the wigs that we get for my daughter are beautiful and natural looking and cost under $500 for gorgeous 24" long virgin european hair. You can tape them on and wear them several days, even shower and wash them. Message me if you want the sites. You don't have to pay a fortune. I spent over $10,000 on wigs the first year trying to get it right for her.
Karen, Yes, thank u for response..under $500 sounds do-able..where do you get them and do you know if they are hot to wear...I live in FL and that concerns me about spending a whole lot of money on a HH wig and then finding that I cannot even wear it because if I do, I will be sweating more than I already am!!! Or the sweat inside would just disintigrate the inside of the cap over a short period of time..nice, huh? Thanks for reply. oh and do they have stretch caps...don't know about using tape or glue...
My daughter says that they are not hot because she does not have hair under the wig. The lace is very
thin. She uses super tape which you can find on the internet and she can swim in them. Google celebrity
style wigs. We have been happy with that site. I am trying several new sites but the best wig so far has
come from celebrity. You will need to find a stylist that can cut it for you. I can cut the lace myself now
but I was afraid to at first. Good luck.
So sorry...but is it celebritystylewigs.com? It says they are in Pennsylvania...is this the right website?
i know it is celebritystylewigs but didn't know it's in Pa. i've talked to karen before also. ...
Someone else on here has ordered from hairdirect.com
That is the name of it but we are not suppose to put links out on this site. I am trying to follow the rules. They don't want companies advertising. You can message me and I will give you the chinese site. She started wearing that wig and I loved it on her so, I ordered a second one.
Just found another site...Zarawigs...
Hi Karen,

Could you email me the name of the chinese web site? This sounds good to me as I have no more money having spent close to 20,000 in the last 2 years! i am so depressed, need your help.
Oh my, Annie....I can relate to what you have spent !! I have more wigs that I no longer like, do not look good on me, mistakes I wish I never bought, but once I did, they were mine to keep. I have gone the hair integration route years ago to the tune of $2,000 where they glued this monstrousity to my head, and I was so very upset. It took 4 hours for this hair to dry...was not at all a match for my own hair, as they promised, and talked me into when the hair arrived...I was just in awe of finally having lots of hair..and looking like "everybody else"..I wish I could sell the wigs I have, as alot never even worn. I am so leary of spending any more $$ that I sure don't have being unemployed for so long...and so much wonder if they would be too hot to wear here in FLorida in the summer especially. If they are too hot, what good are they to me? Can't risk passing out from the heat just to have nice hair...and wonder if sweating destroys the cap. It truly is a journey, right?
