Hair growth

My 3 1/2 yr old has had some signifcant hairgrowth over the past few months. She has peachfuzz on her face/ears and a little on her legs. Also full eyelashes and brows, and patches coming thru on her head. She was diagnosed at 20 months with AU, and this is all quite unexpected.

We suspect it will all fall out, but would like to know if this is to be expected thru out her life????

I think that the one consistent thing about alopecia is that it is so unpredictable. I hope that the growth continues! No one can really tell you what to expect.
