Hello All,
Happy New Year.
I feel like when I go for job Interviews I want to carry a government certificate which shows that I am having alopecia which will not effect my health and my working abilities.
Most of people do not know about alopecia, so before going to job interview or in travelling I want to keep a certificate with me.
Can someone help me how to get certificate?
Thanks in advance.

You don't owe anyone an explanation. Aren't you wearing wigs or head coverings?
They think its a CHILOCE thing..
In the United States, there is no government certificate that you can get about alopecia (or any other health condition) for the purpose of presenting it at job interviews or for travel. As Tom mentioned, if you feel that it's necessary, you can talk to you doctor about signing a letter stating that alopecia will not affect your ability to work. You certainly do not need any certificate or letter to travel. Employers are permitted to enquire as to whether you will be able to complete the physical demands of a job (e.g., lift items, sit at desk, etc.), but beyond that, you health is your own private business.
