Good morning from Australia!

We all know Alopecia sucks and finding coping mechanisms is an ongoing challenge.

I am quite comfortable going bald when away from my retail job but have these damn sores on my scalp that will not heal.

I have eczema which does not help matters.

There are four sores on my scalp that have been stubborn to all treatment. I have tried drying them out, elocon ointment that I use on eczema, emu oil, prednisone, moisturiser... You name it.

Has anyone else found something that can clear them?

Doctors and dermatologists have basically shrugged their shoulders.

Thanks :-)

Possible if you are wearing a wig it could be the material of the wig cap even the hair of the wig if it'd not truly human.
Hmmm... I truly never thought of that?!

Possible as I have a latex allergy, so the elastic in the wefts may be irritating the scalp? And the wig cap!

I don't think there is a single wig that wouldn't have latex somewhere?
