We are having success with a little-known drug called LDN.   It is safe and nontoxic.  My 8-year-old takes 2.0 mg each night.  I have documented results, photographs, and many more details as to how this drug works and how to obtain it via a functional or integrative doctor.  It will require a compounding pharmacy. We use one in Orange County California and I pay $45.00 for a month supply out of pocket. Well worth the hairs growing back little by little, darker and darker.  Since this photo was taken one week ago, many hairs are now longer and converting to terminal hairs.

I am happy to share more details.

A functional/intergrative doctor will have knowledge.

Hi congrats that you have some success in finding a treatment for your child, also have you ever get a full diagnosis of what the underling cause of your daughter hair loss? i would love to hear what they have tested her for. Take care

Hello. She has given 37 vials of blood. We have tested for everything you can think of. Nothing showed except high C Reactive Protein. This is now in normal range. LDN helps to reduce inflammation AND balance immunity.

Ok thanks for the update, also have you ever try any Naturopathic doctor who specialises in alopeca and also who do allergy testing as well. Because whenever their is a High CRP level their is always a underlining cause. it can cause by food allergy, infection and even leaky gut. also have you try looking in these supplements for her inflammation problem such as COQ10 and astaxanthin there is a lot research on them

Are there any allergy tests you recommend? I had a basic one done and it seems I wasn't allergic to anything. I don't know if IgG and similar tests are helpful since some say that they're not reliable? I'm trying the AIP diet because apparently allergies and food intolerances are different things. Generally it's thought that anyone who has an autoimmune disease already has leaky gut. Apologies if I'm going off-topic from LDN!

Hi strawberry you can visit this website  darxe.com they have some helpful info on testing that is currently available to test for leaky gut. Let me know if you find it helpful. Also i would recommend you see a good Naturopathic doctor as well. They will help you to find the underling cause of your health problem as well. Also for anyone who is reading this post please read  up on urine therapy you will be amaze on what it can cure and help with. Let me know everyone think about it. Thanks

really? so if you have an autoimmune disease you have leaky gut..interesting

I'm not 100% sure on that but I read it from somewhere. What I can tell you is that there may be a high chance because it is one of the nine popular symptoms of leaky gut. http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-10908/9-signs-you-have-a-leaky-gut.html

I'm not sure how reliable leaky gut tests are either but try and see if an elimination diet makes you feel better.
