It's very expensive more expensive than xeljanz. I think tofacitinib and baricitinib have got a better chance of getting FDA approved. Hopefully soon too! But am not sure if anyone is trying this atm.

Absolutely,  Having to take Jakafi everyday would bankrupt most millionaires.

I would recommend Xeljanz as a better option. It's still very expensive but no where near as much as

Jakafi.

I am on it. I need to up my dose as I started at a lower dose (15mg twice daily) than the study (20mg twice daily). But immediately I saw results. My arms and legs have never had this much hair, and the growth is continuing. My scalp is taking longer. At first it was obvious, I was getting peach fuzz and growth, but I need to go up in dose as my scalp progress has become somewhat stagnant. I'll be going up from 30mg a day to 50mg next week and I will keep you informed. I definitely feel jakafi is superior, since taking xeljanz first. Although I do believe 15-20mg of xeljanz is the sweet spot and would probably yield similar results.

May I ask why you switched from xeljanz? If xeljanz wasn't working for you, had you tried increasing the dose? I have not gotten results from xeljanz yet, but my dosage was just increased. I'm wondering if your experience was similar. Good luck!!

Tamer Selam, jakavi hakkinda bilgi verirmisin.arkadaslik yolladim ,pm dem konusalim

I have been on it for a month now. Was lucky enough to have insurance (AmeriHealth) cover it + a copay assistance card. I have seen small white hair growth on scalp face and arms so far. I will keep you all posted.
