Hey guys! I cured my AU with generic Xeljanz in a short span and I was fine for few months. Later I started lowering my dosage and now my hairs are falling and I have huge patches. This is really heartbreaking to me. I'm losing confidence to face people again. Please help me. I'm currently on 20mg a day. Do you guys have experienced the same?

Day 1 (February 4th) vs Now (March 21st)

Hey everyone - I’ve been following the development of this clinic trial that leverages a stem cell educator device, which enable the immune system to reset itself and our bodies wouldn't attack our hair or be reliant on drugs to suppress our immune systems. There is a clinical trial approved by the FDA that is set to begin given adequate funding is provided, and the trial needs the support of the Alopecia community to continue to move forward.
Stem cells hold such significant capabilities in healing our bodies and Throne Biotechnologies wants to help people with Alopecia. Phase 2 of this clinical trial and commercialization would be a huge advancement in a sustainable treatment method. Check it out here: https://www.startengine.com/throne-biotechnologies

This is wonderful technology!  Thank you for posting.  How did you get involved in the trial and do you know if they are taking research participants?

Hey Jenn! Thanks & its a 2 year trial 2 pills a day with no side effects since I started.

Here is 3 month update.

They always have trials on naaf.org, but I would shoot for ctp-543.

Oh that's the deuroxolitinib trial.  I'm familiar with that.  I think that's phase 3 safety trial right? Hopefully an FDA approved med may be available by next year.  Great to see your success!

yes & I hope so too

thanks again

awesome :-) really happy it works for you

I’m in a similar position. Got lazy taking my 11mg from Beacon a day. Started shedding very aggressively. Any advise on how to stop the shed and if it’s possible to stabilize. It’s been 3 weeks where I’m shedding bad. I’ve upped my dose to 2 pills a day but nothing it slowing down
