Hey guys, I have AU, but hair has been starting to grow on my head for the past month in like 6-7 different spots and it is fairly noticeable now. Still thin, but starting to grow and more and more by the week.
I have a pretty important job interview coming in the next couple of weeks, what should I do?
I am seeing my derm in about 5-6 weeks for a check up to look at my blood work (on 20mg Xeljanx last 2 months) and to look into update of getting on a trial possibly for a different medication.
Should I ask her what can I do? I don't think she would want me to shave my head, but I am not sure.
I wish I could continue to shave my head until my hair was coming in most places at the same time.
Head looks fine shaved, just looks weird with all these patches.
Any advice would help. Thank you

Well you can wear a uni-colored buff. This is what I always do. Although I am not a contracted employee, but I run my own business now. Plus I outsource all finance and secretarial tasks here. Which means that I see almost nobody. But who said that what is good for business is not good for the job? After all, you will only see one interviewer, I hope? Or perhaps you should start a business too.
To be honest, I don't like the fact that you are so worried about this. Work should bring not only financial well-being but also moral satisfaction from the process. I also had the same questions when I was looking for a job. However, I realized that I didn't want to be embarrassed and catch prying eyes every time. I found for myself remote freelance writing jobs - https://www.oneglobus.com/jobs/writing-translation It gave me some financial independence and strengthened my self-esteem. I feel more comfortable doing remote work. As for communication, I have a wide range of interests for this)
I believe that you need to do exactly what is convenient for you. If you want to be yourself, come to work at Tropare. We do not judge people by their appearance and will gladly accept you into our team.
You can always get a remote job and not worry about your problem. I did just that and now I am an employee in the field of outsource software development to Ukraine, despite the fact that I have certain health problems.
