Have any of you used the wig gripper before? It's the stretchy thing that goes around your head to hold wigs and wraps. If so how does/did it work for you?

Yes, years ago. I just use wig tape. I find it better.

My daughter did but it started causing more hair breakage. We went to the wigs that you can tighten in the back until I began making her wigs with the same type of adjustable backing.

See that's my concern too...

I did, but it wouldn't stay down in the back - it crept up and the wig crept with it.  Thought it was counterproductive to have to tape down a gripper that supposed to hold a wig down.

That said, there are lots of gals who love them.

The Velcro pulls my other hair so it doesn't work for me.  Also, it has a white tag that can be seen through the wig.
