Thank you Lois, I'm trying to get the eating change together.like what to eat and what not to eat. people say many foods have gluten in it. It's worth the try.

Dave- how did they find arthritis in your feet? Is there a blood test? Does arthritis show up on a certain test?
Comment by Dave on January 21, 2011 at 5:25pm
Angie- it's been proven to be an autoimmune disease and any other autoimmune disease can show up when you get one, like this. My allergies showed about the same time as AA, then I got asthma, then eczema, all autoimmune disorders. Now my hands hurt And they've also found arthritis in my feet by accident. All of those are autoimmune diseAses. I'm not saying give up hope, just don't give UP on hope. They're all working on it at the major universities

I will will do the search. I'm trying so hard not eat gluten, I'm not eatting well. Ive been search to educate myself about what foods have gluten. I also have to look out for suger, it causes inflammation. I lost weight already 20pds, due to back sugery. I don't want to lost any more, but to get rid of AA, it's a no brainer.

Hey Vin,
TY, I did not think of that. I just developed allergies after 47 yrs. I thought I was having pink eye, but the nurse said nope that's allergies, so maybe. I have an appointment next week for the allergiest, maybe he/she can help. left eyebrows look then, so tingling inside of it. OH No, not the eyebrows.
