i have had AU for over almost 12 yrs now.and i'm still having a hard tim accepting it.i never talk about it with anyone .i went to school then to college and never saw someone like me . maybe thats why i refuse to talk about it even with my family .i still dont wanna meet new people caus i'm afraid of being asked about my hair which i dont yet have answer for. i hope one day i got the courage to deal with my fears and accept living with AU.

Hi all divorced father of two boys, devloped AU 3 YEARS AGO. Never thought hair loss was goingto be an issue for me, since I had a full head and both grandfathers had theirs until death. Some good points on getting ready in the morning is a lot quicker.

Hi Everyone! I am fairly new to the site. I had patchy hair loss all through college but nothing that prepared me for the loss in June of 2007 when it all just came out in a month. Ruba I know how you feel. I have a really hard time with pictures, we just went on a cruise and I just can't go without anything on my head yet. Some day maybe. This site is so wonderful all the positive people who understand. SANDY YEAH!!! I am so HAPPY for you eyebrows and lashes that is wonderful news!!! That is a dream come true!
