I caught a segment of the Today Show this morning doing an experiment to see the difference in the impact of curly hair and straight hair. They said be sure to tweet a picture...so I did. So far I've gotten a response from the Dove company. 

Please check this out and any of you who would like to add your thoughts or tweet your picture to the Today Show - this is a fun opportunity to make our presence known. Happy New Year..though not quite ye here in the Philadelphia, PA USA area.  We took our daughter out for her birthday and I found myself feeling a bit envious of all the merrymakers, knowing I was headed home to TV..At a vulnerable moment, it's easy to slip into the belief everybody has a richer, fuller or happier life than me.  Then I remembered something I heard once, ...in those times, reflect on what you're grateful for..it helped lessen my funk....hope it helps you!

Happy Holidays everyone. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and remember that you are loveable just the way you are- bald and beautiful/handsome. I've had AU for the past 29 years and Alopecia Aereata since I was 2. Been happily married for the past 16 years and loved by my hubby for the past 20. Hope this encourages you all to know that there is someone out there who will love you- bald or not!
