Victorians - AAAF are supporting the AASA on their Open Day 25th Nov. AASA have a variety of items on their agenda, inlcuding a dermatologist, raffles, headwear and wigs etc....a great informative day.

Hi Everyone,
Thought I would update you on another bike ride my parnter & I attempted on the 31st Oct wearing the AAAF bib - It was in Canberra doing the Fitzy's ride and I had the aim of doing 105kms which I thought would be easy since I had completed 100kms a few weeks before.....Well I only managed 50kms - the course was much tougher than I thought and I didn't have the energy to complete it all! But I am proud of myself as I still had my AAAF bib on and hopefully a lot of riders passing me noticed it :)

My partner managed to raise $130 from work colleagues for the atteempt so that was a bonus as well!

Next ride is Eastlink challenge - 75kms which is in a few weeks....let me know if any of you are considering doing it as we would love you to wear one of our special AAAF bibs!!

Take care and I will update you on my next challenge :)

For all those in QLD interested in going to a cocktail party, with nibbles, live music, silent auction- all for a gold coin donation - bring a group or a friend as there is plenty of time to plan - the event is Nov 25th at Little Beans Cafe 2215 Gold Coast Highway Nobby Beach - all funds raised come to AAAF. This event is being hosted by Tara who is cutting her hair on the night. Contact info@aaaf.org.au for more details.
