We just made a sugar cookie recipe we found on the Bob's Red Mill website. It was not good. Guess I'll be sliding those into the trash can. The husband and kids gave them a thumbs down....and I even thought they were pretty bad. I've only had luck with pie crust and scones from the BRM website. Oh well.

For anyone also allergic to rice *in addition to gluten).....I heard this brand is awesome. Crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside! Really? Hmmmm.....

When did you all go gluten-free? How did you know? Any symptoms? When and how did your GF diagnosis coincide with alopecia?

How's it going out there in the world of gluten-free?

I joined a new website recently: www.gling.com

I am still trying to make my way around it. Seems pretty useful. I am happy that more and more gluten-free websites are popping up.
