I also live near Portland and as far as I know there are none in the area at all.

Hi Everyone,
I've been dealing with AA for the past 8 months and have really felt alone. It's so nice to know that there are others in the Portland area going through what I am going through.

Hi Christine,
I live in Puyallup/Tacoma so I'm very close to you.

I've seen people in the past as well that I know most likely have Alopecia, but it's hard to know if it's okay to say something to them.

In Seattle there is a support group. If you're interested I could give your email to the leader of the group so you'll get notified of when she has meetings. Let me know.

How long have you been on the Alopecia World site? I just joined. I had no idea there were so many people like me!

Hi there again everyone, I live in Enumclaw, would love to meet others with AA, I saw a UPS guy the other day while shopping that seemed to have AA I almost approached him, that may have been weird???? I've met some great friends on here but would love to find friends in my area too. Let me know if you live close? I have never met anyone face to face with Alopecia :-(

Hello All!!! I recently moved to the Portland area and would love to meet some new people up here that have alopecia. It would mean a lot to me. :o) You need a support system no matter where you go. you know just in case.

Hi all- I live in Edmonds and am new here. I would love to meet up with others like me to share experiences and encouragement--I don't think I've met anyone in WA with AT. (Love to go out for coffee!)
