We were as front and center as you could be.

As I posted on the National Bald Out discussion, this might also be a great way to promote July 19. If 5 or so bald women in National Bald Out T-shirts showed up for a taping....

Yeah Carol!!!!! I've been wanting to go to an Ellen taping! Maybe we could arrange to go up together (especially now that you know the ropes. Who knows, if TWO bald women were sitting together, the producers might notice us and we might get an on-air moment to comment about alopecia! Are there any other bald women in the LA area who might want to participate? How could they fail to notice several!!

And, I boogie pretty well...we might get a bald gals' dance with Ellen during the dance part at the beginning.

I'll be watching. I'm so proud of you!!!!

Well I did it I went to the Ellen show and sat there bald,,It is going to air today, so if you see a bald woman in the audience that is me. and yes I was the only one so easy to spot. And yes I was nervous, and they did not hide the bald girl we sat front and center.

Thanks, Thea. I'm looking forward to trying your powder. I already use the BGDL sealer, and it keeps the powder I put over my tattoos to darken and fill them from smearing, even when I'm active.

Hello Beautiful Sisters!!
I'm glad that you all like the idea of a swan. I believe it symbolizes the grace and beauty that we each possess when we face the world each day. Thank you for your approval--it has really made my day!

This is all such a great idea. I think I mentioned it before....if you ladies want Tshirts...I can get some good pricing on them. The more ordered the cheaper they are. I'm not completely bald anymore...but I think there are a lot of people that would support this with hair...or without. I still want to look into having a "gift shop" on AW - I have so many different products that could support alopecia beauties!! It would be great for people to have a place to order things when they need them!!

I love the Swan, smooth head, beautiful, elegant, graceful...I've been working on T-Shirt ideas since one of the members here, "Angela" talked about it last year, she liked the Chameleon.
Can't wait for Bald Day Out in July, even though Bald Day Out is my day everyday. I've not covered my head since I shaved unless the weather is very bad. I tried a lace front wig last month to wear to a professional event, I ended up in the bathroom taking it off (luckily it was only taped on). My head is easily irritated and I perspire on it, lol.
