Good for you, Alexandra! Getting control back feels SOOO good. If you haven't seen the pics of me the night before I got rid of it all, and the day I shaved, please look at my page. The expressions on my face before and after say it all.
Best wishes to you,
Mary

I'm giving myself a deadline. If by the end of the summer I'm still losing my hair at a steady pace and am unhappy with how it's looking, it's all coming off. I am sick of having my spirit crushed by female pattern baldness. It's time I stand up and take matters into my own hands, whether or not my mother likes it and whether or not my dates like it. I need to do this for ME.

Welcome Sandy! No fuzzies here, just a few sparse white hairs. I have chosen to shave those as well when they get too long. Check out the Looking for Smooth Baldness discussion above.
Have a great weekend!

Christy, one of the members on this sight who lives in MI says it's so cold that their tears freeze on their faces! I've been wearing different hats, but wool itches and cotton moves around alot on the BALDINI, so I've been wearing a stocking cap or wig cap under them. They still irk me so much that I end up with no hat and a cccccold head, lol!

I live in Grand Rapids, MI and it has been very cold, but I started going out into the world bald in June. I only get a few spots that grow hair, so I shave my head. I wear a bandana and a hat when it is cold, otherwise, I have let go of being ashamed of who I truly am now. It is freeing.
