Hi!
I´m Josephine, I´m 17 years old and have alopecia universalis.
I got alopecia areata when I was about 2-3 years old I think, My hair fell of very fast, and so did all my facial hair to.
Since I was little I haven´t had a single hair on my body, that´s pretty lame, right?
But you see, I don´t feel so bad about it, you can´t miss something you never had ;-)

Otherwise I live just like another teenager, I study theatre in high school :)

My dream is to be an actor and at the same time proof that you can still be beautiful and "famous" without your hair.

My other interests are running, take photos with my camera and listening to jazz!

    when you say make-up around my eyes , what do you mean by that ? the eye shadow and eyeliner ??
    & i pencil in my eyebrows with an eyeliner/eyebrow pencil . and then i use a dark brown eye shadow over it to set the eyebrow so it'll smudge less during the day . would you also like to know how i shape them ?

    i'd love to answer any of your questions (: i LOVE make-up . i just need a bit more details <3 (:

    i use Maybelline New York Eyestudio Gel Liner in Blackest Black right now and then i use Revlon's ColorStay Eyeliner in my tightline & waterline (which is the top and bottom inner line of your eye lids). you can buy it at your local drugstore . i can try to do a video . if it comes out clear enough for you to see it , i'll upload it (:

    my wig is from his&her's in California . i have several from there [http://www.hisandher.com/Jody_Long-list.aspx the exact one i buy . except ! that picture doesn't do it justice . it comes a lot better than that , lol ] and i get it cut and styled by my hair stylist so that i can make it my own and make it fit my face perfectly (:

    Errm got 1 bald spot two years ago, but that went and then now I have one big bald sport and my hair is thinning on top. It's noticable if people know what they're looking for but it's getting harder to cover up :(

    Its a martial arts camp. I do a martial arts called 'haidong gumbdo' its a korean way of the sword. I went with my partner and the group.

    I was very scared, and anxious at first cause i was worried to tell them.. this was my first time ever going to camp...

    haha. awesome! i could never do that because i love doing my makeup in the morning. but that's great.

    i'm doing ok. busy busy with school so i'm kind of stressed AND i miss my boyfriend. but i guess i'm fine. i'm alive huh? haha.

    it's for college. it's an interior design (my major) project. i have to design a foyer with an elevation and a floor plan and 3/4 color studies with furniture pieces and show materials that i would use. and mount all that on two 20x30 presentation boards. then prepare my speech for my presentation. lotsa work! haha.
