I'm about as far as away from Sac as you can get here in the US...but I'm in SF frequently on biz (Green energy). So you know what that means? Hi Ashley, how are you. Are you aware of NAAF and their national conferences that they have every year. They also have support group meetings in San Francisco. These are both great ways to meet other people w/ alopecia as I had never met another person with it either.

Do you have a wig on in your profile pic? if it is it looks famtastic, i wear synthetic wigs which are ok at first but begin to look worn after a couple of months, therefore more expense.
