I've done a lot of research on alopecia and so far, what I've read from others that have it, it is very common for hair to grow back white. I have it too. Lots of people say that over time, the white hair should return back to its natural color. Mine has been white since October with no signs of changing back. But since I also have another autoimmune disorder in which my immune system attacks my skin cells that produce pigment, my white hair patches may never change back. Gotta love it, right?

I'm doing fine... Honestly not 100% sure if AU is my case, but it sure would answer a bunch of questions. Such as why did all my body / head hair fall out and come back very light and white. Just looking for answers
