About Me:
Hi everyone, I am 34 years old and I have alopecia areata. The first sign of it came in 1997 and actually was one of my friends who noticed it. At the beginning it was so confusing to me, I did not know what was happening to me; just after a while I realize it was alopecia. I have never heard of it before. Since then I got bald spots in different areas; the hair grows up again but not before another spot starts its way out. This has been a kind of shocking because I also have another disease since I was a kid that have not make me be a normal person especially in relationships. There was a point where I just stared to ask my self why I was so unlucky. Now I have more acceptance with myself, but still battle with it . . .

yes realy hard its all i think about at the moment and checking all the time to see if i have any more.. its the not knowing whats gonna happen next thats driving me mad.. its iam i going to lose it all is it gonna grow back aarrgghh lol.. thats horrible that ppl make fun there just small minded ignorant ppl im so sorry ppl are like that.. how long have you had alopecia for .. x
