School can be really hard on kids. You can get help at the National Alopecia Areata Foundation. Go to www.naaf.org and you can send for a free "school pack" which includes a lot of helpful information and tips for kids who are in school and need support. Included is a free video that the school can play for the students to explain alopecia. When kids understand, they're much less apt to tease and bully.
Hello and welcome, Rawa!
Regarding your question about Dr. Shmuel Gonen, you can certainly try it but I would not count on the herbal remedies working. As I've written in my book, "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!", Alopecia is a genetically-related autoimmune disorder and nothing that you can put on your scalp, eat or drink is going to affect it. You may see some regrowth, but alopecia often spontaneously regrow and go into "remission" without any outside help. I would advise you not to waste your money.
Your daughter is beautiful!
