So on Sept. 14 we had my daughters first dermatologist appointment and the derm told me it looks like she has all the signs of alopecia. Then she asked me how I felt about hearing that and I told her that I pretty much have been preparing myself to hear those words. I told her that I was actually glad it wasn't something worse. Just wanted to give you an update on what is going on with my daughter. We have her appointment with the dermatologist on September 14th, I have noticed a lot of regrowth in her bald spots. She used to have about 15 to 16 spots and one of the biggest one was very visible, but now it is growing hair and all the other spots are growing also.
