Hi Everyone! I just discovered that a friend of mine was recently diagnosed with central certifugal (sp?) scaring alopecia. I recommended this site to her, but she is not ready to join. My hair is falling out. I am trying to wrap my brain around that. I, who have always had thick beautiful hair, may actually go bald. It's terrifying. My hair is my best physical feature. I really don't know if my already low self esteem can handle this.
