my son's eyelashes and brows have started to come back slowly but haven't darkened in color. any comments? his doctor said they would come back but now I am doubtful, hair is re-growing on his head but it is in patches, and is turning dark so that makes me wonder about his brows and lashes even more, thanks for any help

My son Max is 2 and has been diagnosed with alopecia since he was 15 months old. He is completely bald and has lost all of his eyelashes and eyebrows. I am wondering if anyone could give me advise on how to help his eyes from becomming so irritated.
