RE: Any AA people out there with the snake pattern?

Hi there guys,
Just wondering if there are any of you with the same pattern of AA as me. I have the snake like pattern that wraps around the nape of the neck, behind the ears and temple areas of the scalp. I found Jessica, on Alopecia World, who I've talked to and has the same pattern too. I think we really helped eachother out by just sharing our experiences. It is a strange pattern and not a lot of us Alopecians have it. If anyone out there would like to share their story, I'd love to hear it! Thanks!!

Hi all,
Yes it's the Ophiasis pattern, I guess we are special because one we are like what 1.7 percent of the pop that has Alopecia then to top it off not many of us have this snake like hair loss. We should start a group to see just how many there are of us.

Hey, that's the same AA I have, the back of my head, over my ears, but not the front of my head until recently, after over 40 years, I've noticed very small patches at my front hairline. But I don't care, I shaved it and now I'm just "beautifully Bald"!

i have that pattern and more bald spots tew! XD
the snake pattern was my first bald spot i think.
hair hasnt started growing back there though :\
