Another Day

I've had a few rough days, actually a few rough months....Non alopecia related.

Leo's mother Helen is 83 and suffering from dementia.
She was living independently until last September. Her mental capacity has declined rather rapidly. We moved her to a Residential Assisted Living Facility but it didn't work out as she required more care.
We have since just moved her again to a small board and care home which is really nice. She is having a hard time ajusting to the change and it is hard on us as well.
I pray things will work out for all of us especially Leo and his mom Helen.

I will pray she gets great care, and realizes God's love for her, even in her failing capacity. Watching my Dad age is hard too.

Everything is actually so much better in this new home. It's much smaller with just a few other women there.
I think that helped alot.

Oh Jeffrey I just read about Leo's grandmother, what a terrible thing for her and for those that love her. I wish you all the best at this time.

Hi Pat,

Thanks for your kind words. Leo's mom is actually doing much better. We actually just moved her to another place this past weekend. It's very Homey.
