i know its hard not to know but look at the bright side, they are trying to figure it out and looking for all possible reasons of why your hair is falling out and not doing like some doctors by just glancing at your scalp passing you rogain and sending you on your way like many of us had happen. true they could be more specific but press that issue if you feel strongly about it its your right to know what they are looking for.

Hi Tiffany, Thank you for your response...I def am looking at the bright side and know they are doing their absolute best to see what is going on, but a second opinion in anything in nature is just plain old scary..It should be back by wed so I will keep you all posted, plus I am keeping up with everything myself on this site..They did not give me much info as to what they are looking for so I am a little bit more freaked than I normally would be, but I guess Wed is not that bad to wait..My bday is Wed so hopefully It is good news and not bad, keeping my fingers crossed and praying..Thank you so much, I will be calling the Pathologist to see tomorrow what exactly they are looking for...

They may not be able to find anything. I have had 5 biopsies and went before a TEAM of terms and the only results I got was T.E. and still shedding. Sometimes no news could be good news....Hoping for the best for you.

Thank you Chefpam!!! That is exactly what I am hoping!!! And that my hair grows back soon and it just turns out to be something minor..I am under so much stress...

I think the reason why the doctors don't tell you what they are testing for is because they don't want to freak you out over something that you may or may not have . I definitley freaked when I heard the word biopsy all these things your feeling I did too . I tried to be cool about it but when I'm alone I start to panic and want to go bury my self in a dark room or hole. I just pray and pray all day its seems just to have my hair back the way it was before. Today was a down day cause I felt like I was doing good on how much hair was falling out but today it seemed like it just wouldn't stop coming out I almost broke down but I got ahold of myself and went on with my day . Besides your appearance , alopecia affects your emotional and physcological state of being , which can ultimatley ruin your whole life . I wish the best to you and i'm sure its something minor

Hi Dom, Thank you for that clarification as that is what I assumed myself..I know that there is nothing they can do or even say for that matter that will help hair grow back..It is all a matter of how your body responds, and also know that the creams are just to ease the inflammation that comes along with the AA..What exactly is Black Death, and Blaschko stripe disease, and are they common? Thank you Dom
