Eyebrows

My eyebrows are all gone except for a few stray hairs. I do a pretty good job painting them on for work, but it's time consuming. I just stopped wearing them to the gym. I just took up dragon boat paddling, and I'm going browless to that. I think it was harder to lose my eyebrows than my hair. I used to have beautiful eyebrows...

I don't know if Latisse would be of any benefit to you - I had disappearing thinning brows - the outer half of my brows being almost nil.  Since using latisse they have really grown to be very decent in a short period of time too.  Just a thought.  It's expensive but lasts a long time and I use it on my eyelashes too.

I'm unsure about the whole tattoo idea.  What if they screw it up?  Right now if I mess up, I can wipe them off and start again. My other concern is that my immune system is already in hyperdrive, attacking my follicles.  I have FFA alopecia, so my hairline is always an itchy mess of red inflammation.  I'm worried that the same thing would happen if I actually put a foreign  substance under my skin. Latisse is an idea.  I'll have to ask my derm about it.  It's prescription, right?

Yes, latisse is Rx only. Be sure to ask about side effects. If only it could work on my hair the way it has on my brows and lashes ....
