Is there anyone (I am sure there is) who still has some scalp hair but has shaved it off? Do you need to "shave" daily? Does it look like you have light and dark spots all over your head? I need some input because I am thinking of getting rid of what is left of my hair.

Anyone?

I have kept my head shaved for the last 8 weeks, I have AA so I have some hair that "tries" to grow here and there. It is a marble look on my head when it is shaved, I find that if I do it once a week that is enough and I am much more comfortable than when I have random stubble all over. It can be hard to get rid of what you have left, but I find that it feels better and my husband says it looks better too. Good luck!

I tend to shave every other day or so. I dont like the stubbed to get too much since my hair was very dark brown. Also I figure if Im going to rock the bald look, I want to bald and smooth. :-)

On this Friday I will have been bald for 2 whole weeks. w00t! I definitely could shave everyday to keep up with the stubble. Like Terri, my hair is dark brown, and until I get some sun on my scalp the contrast is pretty high. As long as I'm working at my current job, aka The Freezer, I won't shave everyday since I have to wear a scarf to keep warm anyway. What I think I'll do is a super close shave on Saturday morning so I can be smooth on the weekends and not shave at all during the work week.

I recently buzzed what was left of my hair off down to my scalp. When it gets to "fuzzy" I just run the trimmer over it. My husband had an extra beard trimmer and it works just great. I usually do this a couple times a week.
