There is a movie coming out this year called "Happythankyoumoreplease". It is a drama from the Sundance Festival. I am so excited for it to come out because I like the actors in it. Also... because one of characters (Malin Akerman) in it has a form of Alopecia! I don't know if I have seen any other movies where a lead in a movie has a type of Alopecia. The woman wears turbans and doesn't have eyebrows in the movie. I think the movie will be an inspiration to me. I am excited to see if they talk about Alopecia or not, and how the character handles having it. I just hope that more items like this come up so when a woman is wearing a scarf or bald, people don't think she has cancer. In the past month I have been asked by women if I am a cancer survivor on two seperate occasions. Also, I hope that it shows women or young teens with Alopecia who see the movie that they are not alone. I read about the movie in a magazine last year and the trailer is now out. I believe it comes out in March. If you end up seeing it, please let me know what you think about it!

Josh Radnor talks about how he has a very good friend named Rachel that has Alopecia and thats who the character is based off of, thats awesome!!

How did I miss this? I love the show "How I Met Your Mother", and my opinion of Josh Radnor just shot up 100%. I've seen the previews and now I must see the movie :-)
