If you or someone you know has Medicare Part D and has been denied, delayed, or restricted coverage for an FDA-approved alopecia areata medication, NAAF wants to hear about it.
This includes coverage issues involving Olumiant, Litfulo, or Leqselvi — even if the medication was eventually approved after an appeal.
NAAF is collecting this information to better understand why these denials are happening and to support its advocacy efforts around Medicare access to alopecia areata treatment.
