International Alopecia Day is Saturday, August 6, 2011!
For those of you who don't know about it, International Alopecia Day is an annual event that got started right here on Alopecia World a couple of years ago.
It's a day to celebrate who we are, be proud, raise awareness among non-Alopecians, and connect with other people with hair loss. Here's the Group page where you can join:

Hi everyone - remember to send me photos from your event. You can attach them to an AlopeciaWorld message to me (by clicking the "image" icon, the second from the left at the top of the message box, and uploading from your computer), or if you post a photo on AW, just let me know and I can capture it.
I'm working on my 2011 YouTube video/slide show now, and I look forward to including your pics! Be sure to tell me your location so I can identify it.

Hi AJ - I've posted something on the International Alopecia Day Group asking if anyone knows of any events in the UK. Even if you don't locate one, you can have your own celebration and send me a photo to represent where you live.
