I was surprised at myself when the other night I had to drive my sister home and guess what I wore? yep!! my pink turban, I've had looks from others in thei cars and what I did was "wave" see how fast they turn away,,LOL
I have gotten to the point where I will go outside in my turban and couldn't care less who sees me.
At least I know that this is a good step for me. As far as me going out bald , i'm not sure that will ever happen at least not for a long time to come!
Hearing all your comforting words in my past blogs have given me great courage nd at times I find myself reading them over again to help me when i'm having a bad day!
I just love everyone of you on here
xoxox
P.S: I'll be posting up my little turban today chek it out :)

Good for you!!! I remember how hard it was for me to go out in public at first, even in a wig! These days, after 3+ years without hair, I wear those turbans in public a lot. I like them because I can take them on and off quickly. When I first lost my hair, I couldn't even go to the mailbox bald...now I go everywhere and I really don't care. It's just who I am now. Believe me, three years ago, there was NO WAY I would've done this:

Just take it a day at a time, baby step by baby step. Whatever feels right for you is what you should do. Congratulations on taking another step!
