New hair for 2009

Hey everyone! So I haven't been on here in forever and I'm sorry! I've been so busy through the holiday season that I haven't had a chance to get on here. I think also since I am so happy I just sort of tend to neglect the site sometimes - which is awful because this site was so helpful for me when I was first diagnosed and I want to be there for others, too. So even though I'm not on here as much I still want everyone to know that I will continue to check up on my site here and respond to every single comment or message I get. And if anyone needs someone to talk to, I am ALWAYS willing to help. My email address is oicstars@comcast.net.

With that said, I wanted to share with you a pic of the new hair I got for Christmas! I am so hopelessly addicted to wig shopping! LOL. I just wish I had the money to buy tons of wigs. Also wanted to give you an update that my hair has rapidly regrown...really I just have a few patches along the hairline that I wouldn't want to deal with hiding so for now I'm keeping my hair buzzed short and wearing my wigs. But if those patches fill in then I will start letting it grow and see what happens. I do still seem to have a couple small new spots popping up from time to time, but they are awfully small. Anyway...here's the new hair. I named her Samantha. Not sure why...she just felt like a Samantha. LOL.

Ohhh well it is because she looks like a Samantha! Fab wig! I am addicted to wig shopping because I keep disliking the wigs I get. I always find something wrong with them...LOL Awesome news about the regrowth!!!
