I know that there are a few people here who love quotes as much as me and these are just a few which I've found recently that I really liked and wanted to share...

You are beautiful but only if you believe you are. It takes self-confidence and the right attitude to get to this point which is why you shouldn't worry because it does absolutely nothing for you but add stress to your life. Do not worry about your appearance or what others have said or will say for negative people attract negativity and will undo themselves. No matter how slow your progress is, as long as you are still moving forward to the best of your ability no one can say anything. Most of our stress is brought on by ourselves so do not fret about the past, do not lose yourself in what is to be but rest your mind on the present and what is certain. Peace be with you! :)

I really love that quote by Peter. It reminds me of that quote by Audrey Hepburn: "For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."

Thank you for posting. I am truly struggling right now and need all the emotional support I can get. Depression has come over me and is trying to overtake my life. I talk to my husband about it but he doesn't quite get it.
