I'm 71. In a few years I'll be bald half my life. I don't even think about it growing back. Most of my friends decided to stop colouring their hair when Co19 hit. Sometimes I feel I'm missing out on a rite of passage.
Pat, I have been bald half my life as well. There are probably 2 things that I feel I missed. While having hair, I would have loved to have braids and how that I am in my mid-50's I think I would have enjoyed the rite of passage of allowing it to grow gray. But I have to say that I felt like I had that passage when I decided to lay down my wig. To me, I think it is a similar feeling.
