Wig Arrived!
My first wig came today. It is Sassy by Revlon and the color is Autumn Glow. I followed the recommendations from my friends here at Alopecia World and they did my right! It is a mono cap, synthetic, and it was well under $200 from Wilshire Wigs. I must admit it's redder than it looked on my monitor, but I absolutely ADORE it. It fits perfectly and needs no thinning or trim. In fact, it is almost identical to the cut I have right now, only the color is better and it doesn't have any Alopecia patches in it! My husband thinks it's hot, and I can't wait to go to work tomorrow. I'm going out tonight - wearing it - but I'll be with people who don't know me so it won't be a true test. Anyway, I am happy to have an option to my own rapidly-thinning hair. Thanks to all of you who helped me through this. I can't tell you mean to me.

You look fantastic and totally natural - so glad that you love it - it really helps when you do!! I think that the main thing about a wig is that you feel that it looks right - its not always easy to face the day - even without alopecia, but for me its just like the final piece of my outfit - bit like lipstick lol! You look brilliant x x
