My eyelashes on one eye fell out a couple months ago. They are finally growing back...slowly but they are so I am not complaining. I am just curious, is it normal that they are growing back snow white?

I started losing my hair when I was 16. I was devastated over a small round patch missing from the side of my head. I am now 25 and currently have one patch that has started to regrow, another that is perfectly smooth right next to it, and my eyelashes on one side have fallen out.
