I'm stoked by your comment StarShemya.  Thank you so much!

Love is so obscure to me...like looking into a circus mirror!  Lol!

Much love

Hi Jackie!
You are so cute. Your personality shines through! I appreciate your transparency. It takes a certain confidence and self-acceptance to share with the world (your head) and how you feel about your struggles with understanding what 'love' means to you. That word, (love) is used loosely in this society. So many meanings. Based on a person's perspective and how they were socialized, love is how you interpret it. Your own personal experience. For some, love is easy, simple and good. For others, love is complicated and odd and foreign. When it comes to our self-esteem, and especially in regards to our hair, life and love gets even more interesting. The issue with 'Hair' in our society, has so many facets. It seems that people who have thick and full heads of hair, doesn't think much of their hair. They will shave their head in a heartbeat. Yet those who either struggle with their hair or those with no hair at all, loose seconds, moments, months, and years of true happiness just from feeling almost worthless because of "their issue" with hair, or the lack thereof. Beauty is truly a gift that radiates from the inside- out. You can have a head full of hair, but exude hatred, meanness, and rudeness.. you can be bald, yet reign with attributes of kindness, joy and happiness. At the end of the day, which would make a difference in someone else's life? Who would have the most impact in this world? Hair is a part of our make up as humans. But, it doesn't make us human-beings. Only love does!
Peace.

Hi. The glue is BMA No Mess Crazy Hold Tube Super Lace Glue (long name!)

I don't experience pain removing the unit once it's been applied with the glue. I probably would if I had bio hair, which obviously I don't.

There is a citrus based remover that you can purchase. It helps with removal and wipes clean any glue residue.

About being responsible for happiness? Yes. I waited years for that pivotal moment when I would just LOVE myself.

To this day, I don't know what that means, but at least now I treat myself the way love describes that I should. It's or responsibility

Thanks Jackie, good video! And interesting concept, I like that be responsible yourself and happyness. :) may i ask the glue you use? Is it painful to remove? Would be fun sometime to wear a wig with long hair and pony tail. Thanks so much

Raised in a cult? You are certainly one in a million. I'm happy that you're finding your way in the world.

Oh thank you! Toastmasters are everywhere but I'm located in Queensland Australia. It's a great organisation to work on confidence and presentation skills...both of which I badly needed after being raised in a cult and then losing my hair in my late 30s. I became agoraphobic and had terrible panic attacks.
