Hi Laura
Thank you for responding back to me. I am interested in finding out more. Do you have any links etc, that I can read about? My naturopath has advised to not have dairy, try to be gluten free, sugar. My problem is, I am good for like 3 weeks out of the month and then I am tempted, it's a vicious cycle.
Look forward to writing some more.
Thanks

Hello there Laura, I just read your post on stories of hope... wonderful your hair is growing back, I hope it will never be an issue for you again. I will get that book today! I was wondering about your fasting... what sort of fasts do you do? I'm kinda in that realm of 'healing' too... have cut gluten out, sugar, all dairy but goat's milk (raw), and grains. What sort of fast did you do?
Hi Laura, I picked up the book that you recommended, thank you very much. I was able to pick up some coconut oil and I have begun incorporating it into her diet. I consulted another local nutritionist/natural foods person and she suggested that if I think Dani might have leaky gut, that I should get her off of wheat products/gluten. She gave me a reference to a book called "Wheat is Murder" and pointed out that the genetically modified wheat we eat today causes leaky gut. So I've started Dani on a gluten-free diet, which is expensive and not easy to do but not that hard either. Plus I'm giving her about 15 billion probiotics daily so we'll so if that works. I'll keep you in the loop. How are you doing?
Many big hugs and lots of blessings to you.
Leslie Ann
Stress is not a direct cause of alopecia but it can be a trigger.
How are you today?
