I'm a coffee lover, and I've been so my entire life. But is it ok to still drink a lot of coffee when having Alopecia?

yes

My personal experience is that coffee doesn’t affect alopecia one way or another.

I was once told that coffee blocks the absorption of vitamin C but this was a long time ago and I do not know the source of this information.  If it really does block nutrients, then it would just be a matter of timing your use of it when you're not eating.   I have heard that coffee actually prevents dementia and coats your cells so they're protected from cancer.    I don't remember where I heard this.

I don't think that it can affect Alopecia in a way. Still, you should consult this with your doctor. I am not a coffee lover, but my husband, on the other hand, is. He drinks three coffees per day on each meal. He loves everything about coffee, especially the process. He doesn't like drinking coffee at a restaurant more than he does making it at home. He recently bought a coffee grinder from https://www.linlin.in.th/coffee-grinders/. So now he has another step on his coffee morning routine. But, I don't know why I can't stand the taste of coffee.

From my own experience, I can tell you that there is nothing wrong with drinking coffee when you have alopecia. I am also a coffee lover, and at first, I was worried about this. I looked for a lot of information on this topic and talked to my family doctor. But what amazed me the most was the information that according to research conducted by coffeeinformer.com, the caffeine in coffee can help stimulate hair growth and stop hair loss. One 2007 laboratory study found that caffeine helped block the effects of DHT in male hair follicles. But no one has exact data on this.
