I've been experiencing bouts of dizziness over the past few weeks. Coincidentally, I've noticed the most hair loss over the past few weeks as well!

I wonder if there is a correlation? I also feel tingliness when it's about to fall out. It's especially unnerving when I'm with a colleague and I feel it tingle and know when it means. I have to tell myself, "Stay calm! Don't let them know your hair is getting ready to fall out!"

Hi Aimee

I'm so sorry that this is happening to you at the moment. I think shedding hair has to be the worse thing to deal with. I think it may be sensible to pop along to your doctor and explain what is happening to him/her just to make sure nothing untoward is happening.

Your doing a great job, do your best to go with the flow and deal with things as they happen. Keep being proactive in your choices. What makes you happy is what really matters.

Take care

Hi Aimee!

I've not ever experienced dizziness but I notice either itching or tingling before hair falls out. My Derm. said what I was feeling was an immune response to inflammation.

Wonder if a "cover up" like prothik or millefolium would be an step in between where are currently are with you hair and wearing a wig? Just a thought- I have not tried either of these products but maybe some else has and can weigh in with an opinion. I have read a few favorable responses so I thought I'd mention it.

I'm sorry you are dealing with this!!! it is such a helpless feeling- you ever want to vent or talk- I'm here.
Hi Aimee,
I understand what you are going through. My hair hurt when it was going to fall out. Its 1 year when I lost all of mine.
So far not much re-growth.
But I remember when I touched my hair it hurt. And it tingled too.
Kinda funny saying my hairs hurt.
Hang in there,
I appreciate everyones input.
I makes me feel like I am not the only one going through this.
Thanks to all!!
Hi, the same thing has happened to me too. Exactly as you discribe it. I notice a tingling and sometime it also itches. Would it not be great if some wonderful sciencetist would check out our site and learn something useful. we can't all be crazy, research should be done on all our discoveries.
