Instagram Xeljanz results...is this someone on here??

Came across this account on Instagram documenting someone's progress on Xeljanz. As of today they have been on it for seven weeks and is having amazing results. Is this someone on this forum???

It's great that you have had such a great response to Xeljanz! Do you mind sharing what dosage you are on (2 pills a day, or 3)?

5mg 2x daily, the standard RA dosage. Thanks for the encouragement guys, I've been shocked and thrilled by the quick results. Didn't expect to see this much progress this quickly!

Wow!  I have hope again!  I'm actually trying to have my insurance company cover the cost of the medicine so that I can start an initial three month treatment.  I thought about simply paying for it myself (it is quite expensive) but wasn't sure whether it would be worth the expense.  Looks like I might be writing that check after all.  Good luck!

If your insurance won't pay, make sure you look into the Phizer card. I don't know the particulars, but they'll cover a portion of the cost.

That's another option.  I think that the card only works if you are using the meds for RA, not for Alopecia treatment because it has not been approved yet.  I might just do it anyway, nothing to else to lose.  Thanks!
