I am seeing Freeda Human Hair Wigs as well as others for under $100. Anyone have any experience ordering direct from Chinese vendors? Any good experience?
THANKS!

Just looked at the site...I would love to know if anyone has ever ordered as well :)
You can see the inner cap on the Freeda site. The photo is the same as the China site. http://www.freeda.com/discontinued-wigs.html?hair_length=54&p=2...
We must found out more. I have seen posts from ladies here that have ordered from various vendors in China. Hopefully, they will speak up!
http://www.shuangyewig.com/english/index.asp and http://www.hair-art.com/ are the 2 sites that I have ordered from. We order very long virgin european hair, which is really processed chinese hair with silk top and swiss lace. My daughter tapes them on with super tape which we get on ebay. They run about $500 and we measured her head and order custom. She sleeps in them and is hard on them and we get a new one every few months. They are almost undetectable and it has made this conditon alot easier for her to deal with. You can always look back at the archives for subjects to find answers on this site.
I pesonally did not have a good experience with this manufacturer. Did not receive what I ordered and did not like the quality.
I am curious which one you had a bad experience with. The first wig that I received from the hair art site did not hold up well but I ordered again and the second is better. The first site has been consistent for us.
Unfortunately, it was the first one. I was very disappointed and had to send it back. They refused to refund me, or help me further, so I lost my money.
Thanks ladies. One thing I noticed on the "Brand names" they are using stock photos that are also on Ebay.
After trial and error with measurements and color choices, I have gotten some really nice custom-made units from orderwigsonline.com for around $200. The not-so-thrilling units were exactly what I ordered and my minor dissatisfaction was due to my own choices, not due to the manufacturer. My last order was for 18" of Indian silky straight, full French lace, custom cap. The cost, which includes $35 delivery via UPS from China, was an extremely reasonable $175. I have other types of hair (Brazilian, Chinese, Malaysian) and cap styles from OWO, but by far, this one is my favorite. Funny, it also was the least expensive. Sometimes, you just have to take a risk.
Thanks so much Lori! Do you have photos?
On my profile page, there are some shots of my latest as it arrived "out of the box," before styling. You may have to friend me to see them.
I made a mistake in the cost. It was $195 with the $35 shipping charge. I always consider shipping part of the cost, since you can't get it any other way from China. ;)
